நீங்கள் நம்புகிறீர்களோ இல்லையோ, உலக அளவில் முதலீட்டாளர்களின் சொர்க்கபுரியாக மாறிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது நம் இந்தியா. ‘ஜி 20’ நாடுகளில் மிகப் பிரகாசமான வளர்ச்சிக்கு வாய்ப்பிருக்கும் நாடுகளில் இந்தியாவுக்கு இருக்கும் இடம் வேறெந்த நாட்டுக்கும் இல்லை. வெளிநாட்டு நிறுவனங்கள் இதுவரை கண்டுகொள்ளாத இந்தியாவை, இனிமேலும் கண்டுகொள்ளாமல் விட்டால் நஷ்டம்தான் என்பதைப் புரிந்துகொண்டு, புதிதாக தொழில்களைத் தொடங்குகின்றன. பல ஆயிரம் கோடி ரூபாய் முதலீட்டை தயக்கமில்லாமல் செய்கின்றன.

இந்த உண்மை நிலையை ‘இந்தியா 2015 ரெடி, செட், க்ரோ’ (India 2015 Ready, set, grow) என்கிற தலைப்பில் ஒரு சர்வே மூலம் அண்மையில் வெளிக்கொண்டு வந்திருக்கிறது முன்னணி பகுப்பாய்வு நிறுவனமான எர்னஸ்ட் யங் (EY) நிறுவனம். இந்த சர்வேயில் அப்படி என்னதான் சொல்லி இருக்கிறார்கள் என்பதை விளக்கமாகப் பார்ப்போம்.

  சர்வதேச முதலீட்டாளர்கள் ஆர்வம்!

இந்த ஆய்வு முடிவுகள் குறித்து எர்னஸ்ட் யங் நிறுவனத்தின் இந்திய பிரிவின் தலைவர் ராஜீவ் மெமானி சொல்வது கவனிக்கத்தக்கது. ‘‘உலகில் மிக வேகமாக வளரும் நாடாக இந்தியா இருக்கிறது. அந்த வகையில் இந்தியாவில் முதலீடு செய்ய சர்வதேச முதலீட்டாளர்கள் மிகவும் ஆர்வமாக இருக்கிறார்கள். நாங்கள் நடத்திய சர்வேயில், உலக நாடுகள் முதலீடு செய்ய மிகவும் விரும்பும் நாடாக இந்தியா இருக்கிறது. இந்தியாவின் பரந்த சந்தை, தொழிலாளர்களின் குறைவான சம்பளம், அதிக எண்ணிக்கையில் தொழிலாளர்கள் கிடைப்பது போன்றவை வெளிநாட்டு முதலீட்டாளர்களை கவரும் முக்கிய அம்சங்களாக இருக்கின்றன.

கடந்த 2014 மே முதல் சுமார் 30 நாடுகளுக்கு பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி பயணம் மேற்கொண்டிருக்கிறார். இதில் இந்தியாவுக்கு அதிக அந்நிய நேரடி முதலீடு (எஃப்டிஐ) வந்துகொண்டிருக்கும் அமெரிக்கா, ஜப்பான், ஜெர்மனி, சீனா, கொரியா மற்றும் ஆஸ்திரேலியா ஆகிய நாடுகளும் அடங்கும். சர்வதேச அளவில் கச்சா எண்ணெய் விலை குறைந்து வருவது இந்தியாவுக்கு சாதகமான அம்சமாக இருக்கிறது.

மத்திய அரசின் புதிய திட்டங்களான மேக் இன் இந்தியா, டிஜிட்டல் இந்தியா, 100 ஸ்மார்ட் சிட்டிகள் போன்றவை வெளிநாட்டு முதலீட்டாளர்கள் இடையே புதிய நம்பிக்கையை ஏற்படுத்தி இருக்கிறது” என்று சொல்லி இருக்கிறார். 

  எஃப்டிஐ வரத்து: இந்தியா முதலிடம்!

இந்தியாவுக்கு எஃப்டிஐ வரத்து 2012, 2013-ம் ஆண்டுகளில் குறைந்து காணப்பட்டது. 2014-ம் ஆண்டில் இந்த நிலைமை மாறி, 32% அதிகரித்தது.

இந்த காலகட்டத்தில் உலக நாடுகளின் எஃப்டிஐ வளர்ச்சி 7 சதவிகிதம்தான் உயர்ந்துள்ளது. அமெரிக்கா, ஆப்பிரிக்கா, ஐரோப்பிய நாடுகளில் எஃப்டிஐ வரத்து 2014-ம் ஆண்டில் கணிசமாக குறைந்து இருக்கிறது என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. 

நடப்பு 2015-ம் ஆண்டின் முதல் ஆறு மாதங்களில் (ஜனவரி முதல் ஜூன் வரை) அந்நிய நேரடி முதலீட்டில் (எஃப்டிஐ) உலக அளவில் இந்தியா முதல் இடத்தை பிடித்துள்ளது. இந்த சமயத்தில் இந்தியாவுக்கு வந்த எஃப்டிஐ முதலீடு 135% அதிகரித்து 3,080 கோடி டாலராக உயர்ந்துள்ளது. இந்தியாவுக்கு 2014-ல் வந்த எஃப்டிஐ முதலீடே 2,500 கோடி டாலர்தான்.

  பெங்களூரு டு சென்னை!

இந்தியாவை பொறுத்தவரையில், எஃப்டிஐ முதலீட்டில் பெங்களூரு (9.4%), மும்பை (8.6%), டெல்லி - என்சிஆர் (6%), ஹைதராபாத் (5.4%), புனே (5.3%) மற்றும் சென்னை (4.5%) நகரங்கள் முக்கிய இடத்தைப் பிடித்திருக்கின்றன. மேலும், அகமதாபாத், ஜெய்ப்பூர் மற்றும் வதோரா போன்ற சிறு நகரங்களிலும் எஃப்டிஐ முதலீடு வருகிறது. அடுத்த மூன்றாண்டுகளில் இந்தியாவை ஓர் உற்பத்தி மையமாக மாற்றுவதற்கான நடவடிக்கையில் மத்திய அரசாங்கம்  களமிறங்கி இருக்கிறது. 

இந்தியா, இளைஞர்கள் நிறைந்த நாடாக இருக்கிறது. இனிவரும் காலத்தில், இந்தியா வேலை தேடும் நாடாக இருக்காது. அது வேலையை உருவாக்கித் தரும் நாடாக இருக்கும்.  இந்தியா வேகமாக நகரமயமாகி வருகிறது. அடுத்த மூன்று பத்தாண்டுகளில் 35 கோடி பேர் கிராமங்களிலிருந்து நகரங்களுக்கு இடம் பெயரக்கூடும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது. இதன் மூலம் தொழில் துறை வேகமான வளர்ச்சி பெறும் எனலாம்.

  ஜிடிபி வளர்ச்சியிலும் இந்தியா முன்னணி!

2011 முதல் 2016-ம் ஆண்டுகளில் உலக நாடுகளின் மொத்த உள்நாட்டு உற்பத்தி (ஜிடிபி) 3.5 சதவிகிதமாக இருக்கும் என கணிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்தக் காலகட்டத்தில், சீனாவின் ஜிடிபி வளர்ச்சி குறையும் எனவும் இந்தியாவின் வளர்ச்சி அதிகரிக்கும் எனவும் மதிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இது சர்வதேச முதலீட்டாளர்களை கவரும் முக்கிய அம்சமாக இருக்கிறது. நம் நாட்டில் பணவீக்க விகிதம் மற்றும் கடனுக்கான வட்டி விகிதம் குறைந்து வருவது சர்வதேச முதலீட்டாளர்களை இங்கு முதலீடு செய்ய வைத்துள்ளது.

  இளைஞர்கள் கையில் இந்தியா!

வரும் 2020-ம் ஆண்டுக்குள் உலகின் இளைய நாடாக இந்தியா இருக்கும். அப்போது இந்தியர்களின் சராசரி வயது 29-ஆக இருக்கும் என மதிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. அண்மைக் காலத்தில் இ-காமர்ஸ் மற்றும் டிஜிட்டல் தொழில்நுட்பம் வேகமான வளர்ச்சி பெற்று வருகிறது. அடுத்த ஐந்து ஆண்டுகளில் இந்தியாவின் இ-காமர்ஸ் சந்தை மதிப்பு 4,300 கோடி டாலராக அதிகரிக்கும் என மதிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதனை கருத்தில்கொண்டு வெளிநாட்டு மற்றும் உள்நாட்டு நிறுவனங்கள் இ-காமர்ஸ் துறையில் அதிக முதலீட்டை மேற்கொண்டு வருகின்றன.

  வளர்ச்சிக்கு வழிவகுக்கும் பொருளாதார சீர்திருத்தங்கள்!

பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி தலைமையிலான மத்திய அரசு, வளர்ச்சிக்கு வழி வகுக்கும் பொருளாதார சீர்திருத்தங்கள் பலவற்றை மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது. இ-ஏலம், இ-கவர்னஸ், ஜிஎஸ்டி அறிமுகம், அனைவருக்கும் வங்கிச் சேவை, கார்ப்பரேட் வரி படிப்படியாக குறைப்பு, தொழிலாளர்கள் சட்ட சீர்திருத்தம் போன்றவை மத்திய அரசு மேற்கொண்டு வரும் சீர்திருத்தங்களாக இருக்கின்றன.

தற்போது உலக வங்கியின் சுலபமாக வணிகம் மேற்கொள்ளும் (Ease of doing business) 183 உலக நாடுகளின் பட்டியலில் இந்தியா 142-வது இடத்தில் இருக்கிறது. இதை அடுத்த மூன்றாண்டுகளில் 50-வது இடத்துக்கு முன்னேற்ற மோடி திட்ட மிட்டுள்ளார். தொழிலை பதிவு செய் வதற்கான நாட்களை 27-லிருந்து 1-ஆகக் குறைக்கவும் மத்திய அரசு நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து வருகிறது.    

  பொருளாதாரம் மேம்படும்!

இந்தியாவின் வளர்ச்சி குறித்து தோஹா வங்கியின் தலைமை செயல் அதிகாரி ஆர்.சீத்தாராமன் இப்படி சொல்கிறார்... ‘‘இந்திய அரசின் சீர்திருத்தங்கள், இந்திய நிதிச் சேவை துறை அதிக அளவில் வளர்ச்சி காண வழிவகுக்கும். சர்வதேச வங்கிகள், இந்தியாவில் விரைவாகக் கிளைகளை பரப்பும் சூழ்நிலை உருவாகி இருக்கிறது. இந்தியாவில் பெரும் பணக்காரர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை ஆண்டுக்கு ஆண்டு அதிகரித்து வருகிறது. மேலும், நடுத்தர வருமான பிரிவினரின் எண்ணிக்கையும் அதிகரித்து வருகிறது. இவர்களுக்கான வங்கிச் சேவை தேவை அதிகரித்துள்ளது. 

இன்ஷூரன்ஸ் வணிகத்தில் எஃப்டிஐ முதலீடு 49 சதவிகிதமாக அதிகரிக்கப் பட்டிருப்பதன் மூலம் காப்பீட்டுத் துறையில் வெளிநாட்டு முதலீடு இன்னும் அதிகமாக வர வாய்ப்பு இருக்கிறது. சுமார் 1,000 கோடி டாலர் அளவுக்கு முதலீடு வரக்கூடும். இதனால் இந்திய பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி உதவிகரமாக இருக்கும்” என்றார்.

  முதல் ஐந்து இடத்தில் கோவை!

எஃப்டிஐ அதிகரிப்பால், இந்தியாவின் பல நகரங்கள் முதலீட்டுக்கு ஏற்ற நகரங்களாக மாறி இருக்கின்றன. அகமதாபாத் (26%), ஜெய்ப்பூர் (13%), வதோரா (12%), கோயம்புத்தூர் (7%), விசாகப்பட்டிணம் (7%) ஆகிய நகரங்கள் முதல் ஐந்து இடங்களைப் பிடித்துள்ளன.

  வளரும் துறைகள்!

இந்தியாவில் எஃப்டிஐ முதலீட்டின் அடிப்படையில் வளரும் துறைகளாக ஏரோஸ்பேஸ், ராணுவம், உற்பத்தி (எரிசக்தி, மெட்டல், சுரங்கம்), பார்மா, நிதிச் சேவை, இ-காமர்ஸ், எலெக்ட்ரானிக் மீடியா போன்றவை உள்ளன.

  இந்தியாவுக்கு சாதகமான அம்சங்கள்!

சர்வதேச முதலீட்டாளர்கள் ஏன் இந்தியாவை தேடி வருகிறார்கள் என்கிற விஷயமும் ஈஒய் நிறுவனம் வெளியிட்டிருக்கும் இந்த சர்வே மூலம் வெளிச்சத்துக்கு வந்திருக்கிறது. தொழிலாளர் சம்பளம் (82%), உள்நாட்டு சந்தை (81%), மேக்ரோ பொருளாதார நிலைத்தன்மை (76%), தொழிலாளர் களின் திறன் (76%), நிலையான ஆட்சி (74%), ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் மேம்பாடு (72%), எஃப்டிஐ கொள்கை (68%), சுலபமாக வணிகம் செய்தல் (67%), வளைந்து கொடுக்கும் தொழிலாளர் சட்டம் (59%), வரி சீர்திருத்தம் (54%), ஒழுங்குமுறை ஆணையங்களுக்கான கட்டணம்(52%), போக்குவரத்து உள்கட்டமைப்பு (52%) போன்றவை இந்தியாவில் சாதகமாக இருப்பதாக வெளிநாட்டு முதலீட்டாளர்கள் கருத்து தெரிவித்திருக்கிறார்கள். இவர்கள் அடுத்த மூன்று ஆண்டுகளுக்கு இந்தியா வில் வெளிநாட்டு முதலீடு கணிசமாக அதிகரிக்கும் என கருத்து தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.

  சீனாவின் போட்டி!

எஃப்டிஐ முதலீட்டை ஈர்ப்பதில் இந்தியாவுக்கு போட்டியாக சீனாதான் இருக்கிறது. இந்தியாவுக்கு போட்டியாக சீனா (71%), அமெரிக்கா (5%), பிரேசில் (4%), இந்தோனேஷியா (3%), வியட்நாம் (2%) ஆகிய நாடுகள் உள்ளன. அடுத்த மூன்று ஆண்டுகளில் உலக அளவில் முதல் மூன்று சந்தைகளில் ஒன்றாக இந்தியா இருக்கும் என இந்த சர்வே மூலம் தெரிய வந்துள்ளது.

அடுத்த மூன்று ஆண்டுகளில் உலக அளவில் முதலீடுகளை கவர்வதில் இந்தியா முதல் இடத்தில் இருக்கும் என 32% பேர் கருத்து தெரிவித்துள்ளார்கள். 60% பேர் முதல் மூன்று இடங்களில் இந்தியா இருக்கும் என சொல்லி இருக்கிறார்கள். இதுவே சீனா என்கிற போது, 15 சதவிகித முதலீட்டாளர்கள் முதல் இடம் என்றும் 47% பேர் முதல் மூன்று இடங்கள் என்றும் கருத்து தெரிவித்திருக்கிறார்கள்.

ஆக, அடுத்த ஐந்து ஆண்டுகள் முதல் பத்து ஆண்டுகளில் நம் இந்தியா முழுமையாக மாறி, மிகப் பெரிய அளவில் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி கண்டிருக்கும் என்பதில் சந்தேகமே இல்லை.

இந்த வளர்ச்சியில் நாமும் பயனடைய நம்மை தயார்படுத்திக் கொள்வோமாக!

Unethical Behavior of Congress Party and its Leadership..!!

The Congress party and their allies were removed from power by people of india for their poor governance and corrupt practice. All these years they had deprived India and the people of India real Development and effective Governance.

Now instead of enabling the BJP Government to enable good Governance they are obstructing them from doing their work.  It is a shame on the Congress Leadership to be doing this....???

The Congress party should change the way they work now.  I am sure Mr.Rajiv, [our ex PM] if alive would never do this to India....???!!!!

Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and Mr. Rahul should take the full responsibility of such a hindrance to the Indian Government.  what they are doing is evil to the people of India.

The Congress party should work in the interest of the people atleast from now on and enable a good governance by the BJP under the able Leadership of Mr. Modi.

The Congress party should work together with the BJP Government to make India economically strong [our ex PM Rajiv's dream].  By working this way i am sure they can turnaround their tarnished image.!!!  It is a good way of paying back to the people of India...!!!

Hope they would change at least from now on.....this is a way to - Being in Power....though not really in Power..!!!

Bharat has lost a Ratna, but the light from this jewel will guide us towards A P J Abdul Kalam’s dream destination: India as a knowledge superpower, in the first rank of nations. Our scientist-President — and one who was genuinely loved and admired across the masses — never measured success by material possessions.

For him, the counterpoint to poverty was the wealth of knowledge, in both its scientific and spiritual manifestations. As a hero of our defence programme, he shifted horizons; and as a seer of the spirit, he sought to liberate doctrine from the narrow confines of partisan tension to the transcendental space of harmony.

Every great life is a prism, and we bathe in those rays that find their way to us. His profound idealism was secure because it rested on a foundation of realism.

Every child of deprivation is a realist. Poverty does not encourage illusions. Poverty is a terrible inheritance; a child can be defeated even before he or she has begun to dream.

But Kalamji refused to be defeated by circumstances. As a boy, he had to support his studies by earning money as a newspaper vendor; today, page after page of the same newspapers are filled with his obituary notices.

He said that he would not be presumptuous enough to say that his life could be a role model for anybody; but if some poor child living in an obscure and underprivileged social setting found some solace in the way his destiny had been shaped, it could perhaps help such children liberate themselves from the bondage of illusory backwardness and helplessness.

He is my marg darshak, as well as that of every such child.

His character, commitment and inspirational vision shine through his life. He was unencumbered by ego; flattery left him cold.

He was equally at ease before an audience of suave, globe-trotting ministers and a class of young students. The first thing that struck one about him was that, uniquely, he combined the honesty of a child with the energy of a teenager and the maturity of an adult.

He took little from the world, and gave all he could to society. A man of deep faith, he epitomised the three great virtues of our civilisation: dama, self-restraint; dana, sacrifice; and daya, compassion.

But this persona was powered by the fire of endeavour. His vision for the nation was anchored in freedom, development and strength.

Given our history, freedom had a political context of course; but it also included freedom of the mind and expansion of intellectual space. He wanted India to leap out of the underdeveloped trough and eliminate the curse of poverty through inclusive economic growth.

Wisely, he suggested that politicians spend only 30% of their time on politics, and 70% on development; a suggestion which he often followed up by calling in MPs from a state and discussing the socioeconomic issues of their region with them.

The third pillar, strength, was not born of aggression, but of understanding. An insecure nation will rarely discover the route to prosperity. Strength commands respect. His contributions to our nuclear and space achievements have given India the muscle to be confident of her place in the region and the world.

His memory is best honoured by the creation of new institutions that nurture science and technology, and enable us to find a beneficial equation with the awesome power of nature. Too often, greed makes us predators of our environment.

Kalamji saw poetry in a tree, and energy that could be harnessed in water, wind and sun. We should learn to look at our world through his eyes, and with the same missionary zeal.

Human beings can shape their lives through will, persistence, ability and sheer courage. But we have not been given the right to script where we are born, or how and when we die.

However, if Kalamji had been offered an option, this is how he would perhaps have chosen to say goodbye: on his feet, and in front of a classroom of his beloved students.

As a bachelor, he was childless. But that is wrong. He was a father to every Indian child, teaching, cajoling, urging, exciting, clearing darkness wherever he found it with the radiance of his vision and the passion of his involvement.

He saw the future, and showed the way. As I entered the room where his body lay in state yesterday, I noticed the painting at the entrance that depicted a few lines from an inspirational book he wrote for children, Ignited Minds.

The good that he did will not be interred with his bones, because his children will preserve his memory through their lives and work, and gift it to their children.

Cleaning India ...Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan 

Inviting film stars and other stars  to campaign for clean India seems to not help. 

[the recent Tv commercial to clean India by Govt. of India.... seems to be interesting..!!]  

Even if they are involved ..it should not be covered in media....as it appears to be a publicity stunt..!!!  

Mr. Modi is serious on this but how many of the BJP members are serious of it..???  

We should take a professional route towards cleaning up India. Involve professionals and professional agencies to do this..more effectively. 

[invite proposals from them [& everybody, interested]  to find out ...how we can implement this effectively, and then Give a meaningful shape to ...."Cleaning India".

Cheers to our PM Mr. Modi ..he is into the Best of Practices that any PM can indulge in. Would be great if he can involve one MLA [irrespective of any party, from any part of our country] everyday to be with him and learn by seeing him. A chance for our MLA's to turn Nation centric. Even students from different parts of the country can be given a chance to learn the "Modi Way".  Such a step is sure to inspire many towards a "Better India". Malaysia  Airlines MH 370.....Possible cause for a Possible Crash.....What...CNN failed to say.....


According to me,  during the flight... the REPAIRED WING TIP  ..!!!!!  ?????

 [i am not sure as to whether it was left or right wing tip??  but i presume it to be the right tip !!!, some media had informed that the wing tip of the plane was repaired a few years back!!!!???]  

might have BLOWN  OFF .......... !!!!!!??????...........and as a result of this at 33000/36000 ft....at -66 degrees - the plane might have lost its stability and it might have made a U Turn [almost..not fully] [pilots might have also tried to turn it to MLY again..!!!....OR the plane might have lost balance and turned..!!!?????

Due to the -66 degrees within seconds [source..some media that i do not remember] everybody on the plane .... would have frozen to death..!!!

Fortunately one of the pilot managed to survive...that extra ......FEW SECONDS/ few seconds....and brought the plane down to 12000/13000 feet and set it on AUTO PILOT...!!!!....and he might have lost consciousness...after that......!!!!!....????

After that the plane might have flown ON and ON...towards the Indian Ocean....with no body on the CONTROLS !!!   and finally after the fuel exhausted the plane might have plunged into the ocean.....in ONE PIECE...!!!!!.....[THAT IS WHY NO DEBRIS....NO FUEL.. to be found in the ocean waters]

 [Might be due to the Auto Pilot..???? the plane went IN  ONE PIECE...???????!!!!!!].....and may be still lying there..as ONE PIECE.!!!!???  

[all the above content are my own guess......about how the accident might have happened...AND FROM WHATEVER CLUES THAT I GOT FROM THE MEDIA....ALL THESE DAYS..and ofcourse from my interests in Aviation......]

According to me...the REPAIRED WING TIP  OF MH 370  might have been the CULPRIT.?!

Increasing petrol / Diesel prices ..???

The government of India is continuously increasing the prices of petrol and diesel.

It appears the government's taxes amount to nearly 50%  in the total price. 

Why not the government reduce the taxes ???  why the increase in price should be passed on to the consumers???

or can we think of some alternate means of revenue generation..???? to reduce the prices of petrol and diesel...atleast on par with the  international prices.

The BCCI is minting crores and crores of money every year....where is this money going..????,

Why not the government take over the BCCI administer the  same and use the revenues collected to pay the oil companies or to meet the short fall..!!!???? 

Anyhow the government should try and stop the price increases any further.  

If the above idea can be used the prices can be surely brought down...

Incredimail .....Beware of Fraud.............


Dear readers.....I had paid and used Incredimail an application to view all your emails through a single window.

When i subscribed to it..they did not specify a time period but suddenly one fine morning when i opened the email it said my subscription is over.

Now it is asking me to pay....again.

So...do not get cheated like this.  Alert all your fiends about this cheating and about the company offering the product - Incredimail

Prohibition Zone...................Can't we Have in Tamil Nadu....?? / India ...

Why can't we think of having "Prohibition zones" within the state or the country..??

So the Government would still get the much wanted revenue and the "Drinking" can be limited to "Drinking Zones" alone.

"Educating" as to the evils of drinking alone can keep people away from drinking.

The number and location of drinking zones can be planned by the Government keeping in mind the essentials.
